Help Eradicate Hunger in the U.S. [Fun Friday]

Hunger is a problem for millions of Americans on a daily basis, but we have had the opportunity to work with a wonderful charity that is working to end hunger in the United States - the Sodexo Foundation.We have the great pleasure of working with some charitable organizations several times a year, and I want to take the chance to tell you about one of them: the Sodexo Foundation.The Sodexo Foundation is the charitable arm of Sodexo, Inc., and is focused on eradicating hunger in the United States, especially childhood hunger. They create and participate in initiatives driven by the need of 17,000,000 children who are at-risk of hunger. Some of these initiatives include feeding children supplemental meals during summer break (when school cafeterias arent open), offering scholarships to students who help fight hunger in their communities and food drives nationwide. The Sodexo Foundation also recognizes employees of Sodexo, Inc. who make a significant effort to end hunger within their communities.Weve been privileged to work with The Sodexo Foundation through several fundraising efforts, and we are constantly seeking new opportunities to support organizations like them that are making our world a better place to live.Take a moment to learn more about Sodexo Foundation initiatives and get some more facts about hunger in America.
